For your convenience and to provide the best service, appointments may be at your home, office or at our consulting rooms in central London. This service is not restricted by retail hours so can be booked at a time to suit you. Exclusive events are also planned throughout the year to showcase the new season’s collections.
City appointments
Our consulting rooms are available by appointment in the world renowned Harley Street, the exclusive domain of professionals in London’s West End, close to the shopping area of Bond Street, Mayfair and Savile Row.
Country appointments
If you prefer a more tranquil location, consultations may be provided at our historic venue in the heart of the Kent countryside, easily accessible from the M2 and M20 motorways and only 30 miles from London.
International appointments are available on application.
At your initial appointment a series of facial measurements shall be taken to build a map of your face, ensuring well fitting spectacle. Your spectacle wardrobe and lifestyle requirements shall be discussed to ensure you always have the correct eyewear for work, leisure time and evening wear.
Your completed spectacles shall be personally delivered to allow for any final adjustments.
