For your convenience and to provide the best service, appointments may be at your home, office or at our consulting rooms in central London. This service is not restricted by retail hours so can be booked at a time to suit you. Exclusive events are also planned throughout the year to showcase the new season’s collections.
Appointments can be made at selected hotels in Central London or in consulting rooms in our historic location in the heart of the Kent countryside. International appointments can be made at a suitable hotel in a City nearby to you.
At your initial appointment a series of facial measurements shall be taken to build a map of your face, ensuring well fitting spectacle. Your spectacle wardrobe and lifestyle requirements shall be discussed to ensure you always have the correct eyewear for work, leisure time and evening wear.
Your completed spectacles shall be personally delivered to allow for any final adjustments.
